It was a beautiful surrounding property and well maintained. Unfortunately our condo had no vent fan in the bathroom, no do not disturb sign, we were told it would be a fine if we reached out for room cleaning and there was a broom but no dustpan, a Dustbuster but it was dead and no charger. and the latch on the balcony was broken and I got stuck on the balcony twice. The first time I called the operator and someone had to let me in, the second time for over 45 minutes because I didn’t have my phone and had to flag someone down that was just walking by to help me. I reached out to the front desk and operator and they said it would be fixed the next day on day one. On day five when we left it still wasn’t fixed, and no one reached out about it. The people working on the property were pleasant. The view was stunning and I loved being able to rent the bikes. I was staying at Bayside rm 6672

Beautiful hotel. Really nice pools and great food options, would stay here again. Private beach acces

This was mine and my kids first family vacation and we couldn’t have choose a better place to stay. This condo accommodated us to perfection. We will be booking again.
